Return Policy

At Cordtopis.xyz, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Process

Shipping: Please return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
